haha yeah most of the clips are from this tournament of champions that ran for like months since dbz is the king of stretching out fights forever. the afro-guy is like the weakest fighter compared to everyone else but he thinks he is badass. from what i remember he ends up winning cuz most of the other fighters end up leaving to take on some crazy bad guy. plus the clips of vegeta fighting goku during that solo in the song is so awesome to have in the background.
